Cincinnati, Ohio here...
..and the sun is shining!! I think I'll get out for a ride while the going's good!
Hi everyone! I just joined the forum. I'm a triathlete, but a cyclist primarily. A runner friend sent me a link to this forum - I hadn't discovered it yet. Looking forward to hanging out with you guys.
Cheers!

Hi there. There's a few other guys from Cincinnati here...serious hill climbers they are. I'm not one of those, but whatever.

Dude, between Cincy and here, we're getting soaked. Just got back from yet another saturated ride. This is going to be the wettest year on record, at least in Kentucky. I lived in Cincy for a few years (went to Moeller H.S.), and I remember back in '96, '97, or '98 when the Ohio River flooded big time. This year has been one consistent soaking after another. I started saving radar pictures recently. I've ridden in these storms plus more before I started keeping track:

Howdy from a fellow Cincy cyclist. Looks like we won't be riding for a while with all the snow and cold. And even when it warms up next week, the roads will be crappy from the melting snow. I might be considered one of those crazy hill lovers mentioned above. The group I ride with heads into N. Kentucky and often heads out East on the Double A or on Route 8. We used to head West on Route 8 but that road is becoming increasingly crappy and there seems to be more hate zones out West. I know you have your own routes but if you need a change of scenery I could give you some directions with some decent hills. Where do you mainly ride? Am I missing anything?
