Just another 'bent triker....
Hello All!
Not so much a newbie here, posted 2 years ago in the utility threads (forgot the name I had then)...back for the long haul this time as a recumbent trike rider - I have an ABT1X (Actionbent rear suspension w/hard shell seat tadpole trike) still doing the utility thing and becoming very car light. My switch from DF's to a 'bent trike is due to the fact that I have been on Workers Comp here in CA after damaging the Ulnar Nerve in both elbows and developing Carpal Tunnel in both wrists. I was a foodservice industry delivery driver and "humping" some serious weight by hand every week. Riding a DF became unbearable and with my upcoming surgery, I needed to be able to keep riding with one arm in a sling/out of action while I rehab. I look forward to joining the discussions in the recumbent, utility, lighting, the car free and, ahem...over fifty threads!!
Regards,
pick
