Hello Riders,
I'm looking to get back into riding after a decade long absence. I used to ride trails in Pennsylvania, then I moved to Palm Beach, FL a dozen years ago. I still rode for a little bit but fell more in love with the beaches and pina coladas.

Now I'm trying to back riding and get rid of the pina colada pounds, so I'm here to get advice, get help and get back to riding.

If you want to do mtn bike trails (do they have those in south FL(?) then the Mountain Biking forum can help.
