Trying to integrate cycling to life as much as possible.
Hello, I am Isotonic. Middle aged and somewhat overweight, I am attempting to put cycling at the forefront of my activities to improve my health and to adopt a greener mode of living.
I have had bikes for the past few years, but in the last 4 months or so I have really caught the passion for cycling. I have a Giant Cypress comfort bike with racks and bags for errands, groceries and riding the suburban trails around here. I have a Trek 1200 for speed and distance, but I am not quite used to it yet.
This looks like a great forum and I am looking forward to learning from all you experienced cyclists and athletes.
Cheers, Isotonic
