Greetings from the midwest!
Hello everyone! I am completely new to cycling and joined so I could have help with some basic things. I have swam competitively for many years, and have also ran for cross training for a while too. Now I want to get into triathlons, but I know absolutely nothing about cycling and need lots of help in many things. I look forward to your help!
