New England Long-time Gearhead
Hi, I'm 58 years old, been riding all my life. Really feel at home in saddle. Done the work-commute thing for years. Notable rides: Did Boston, MA to Ocean Shores, WA, 3300 miles, Solo, 1982; Did Boston, MA to North Canton, OH, 700 miles, Solo, 1992. Planning to do modified Southern Tier, Solo, later this month (October 2011). Please see my post in Forums. Thanks and have a safe ride!

Cheers tombomb, welcome to Bike Forums!
I was going to suggest our Touring forum regarding your Southern Tier trip, but I see you found the forum already. Looking forward to reading your posts.
