Checking in, SF Bay area recreational cyclist.
Hello everyone,
My name is Alex, I live in Bay area, CA, and now, after quite some break in my sport and workout life, decided I'd start it all from scratch.
As of now, I do recreational/leisure rides in the Bay Area and try to do it every day to both feel better and get myself into shape - family life added another 30lbs on me, and I wish it would go away.
For personal comfort and multiple applications possibility, I use a mountain bike. I started with an old Marine Bear Valley that sat in the garage for quite some, and a couple of days ago I scored a great deal at my local bike shop for a '11 Specialized Stump Jumper 29".
Anyways, to keep the long story short, thanks for letting me be here, and I'll see you on the track/trail
