Hello from Switzerland
Hello to all from Switzerland,
I re-started (after 15 years of laziness, not doing any sport) road bike 1 year ago and since then I enjoy riding the Swiss roads. I live in the mountains which caused me some troubles in the beginning as there are no flat roads nearby my home so I started with really short distance and then increased distance & time weeks after weeks.
This is a lovely place to live and practice bike but not at all time as winters are pretty strong here. We have lots of snowfalls and very low temperature which makes it almost impossible to practice road bike from December to March. That's the reason why I started this year track bike and after a month of practice, I can say I like it, less than road bike as this is a bit monotonous after some time, but this is much better than no bike during 4 months.
Other then bike, I like playing Golf and Digital Photography.
See you on the forum.

Welcome aboard! :/ the weather thing kinda sucks... I'd say you could always get a roller but that would be even more monotonous then your track riding.

Hello Okreiger,
welcome to the forums.
I spent a little time in Zurich a while back, as you say lovely country.
What track do you ride on?
You might want to check out the Track forum, always nice
to have new members.
