Hello from Brussels!
Hello,
My name is Evrard, I discovered this forum a couple month ago and have been reading a lot since.
I live in Brussels, and resently got into cycling in spring, the weather was so nice here I had to find myself a bike I could ride. So I looked around on ebay and what not, looking for a old road bike. Using unlikely search word, I found an old peugeot road bike that I got it for 23 euros! just had to change the tires wich cost me more than the bike but that's all right.
I have been riding around since. But I then found another bike for cheap... à Diamant belgian road bike, wich I also bought for 31 euros, it is more sprorty I guess, tubular tires with mavic rims from the late 80' i think. so I ride the two of them, the peugeot has fenders wich is nice in wet condition.
Anyway this is my little introduction.
Thanks for such a good forum!

Hi Ervrard,
Welocme to Bike Forums.
I too started on an old road bike.
Got it for $15 and rode it 1500 miles
Have fun with your bikes.

Belgium rocks. I've rode from Maastricht, NL to Vise, BE several times. Riding along the Meuse River is nice, very scenic. Next year, I want to go all the way to Liege.
