Hey all,
I just rode in the GOT JUICE? race in Philly Dec 4. A good time was had by all, and the beer sucked. Well, I've always said:"Beer is like sex; When it's good it's great, and when it's bad it's still pretty good." I'm interested in weeknight and weekend rides along with races, I'll be keeping an eye on this forum for news. Thanks
Luke

That focus on beer is a sign that you are fixed, deep-down.

I wrote this to another new member just three days ago: "Road? Mtb? What level? Bike Club of Philadelphia, Suburban Cyclists Unlimited, Central Bucks Bike Club, Delaware Valley Bike Club, White Clay Bike Club . . . all offer rides at lots of levels, plus "event" rides--centuries and metrics. . . . " Scroll down through "Introductions" and you will find two other newcomers in Philadelphia. My riding is mostly in Central and Upper Bucks and NJ, along the Delaware River.

Several shops around town sponsor racing teams, I think: Bicycle Therapy, Breakway, Guy's (Feasterville).

As for your other interest, I stick with Yuengling Porter. The tour of the brewery in Pottsville is a fun road trip.
