Hi All
I live in Melbourne Australia and have recently returned to cycling after recovering from a broken back. I am back on my bike and loving every minute. I am trying to get into triathlons which are great fun.
Hope to learn from the experienced triathletes and cyclists in the forum.
Cheers
Brett

Hi Brett! I broke my neck; 4 vertebraes (is that english?) 2 years ago. First did a lot of weights which eased the pain and made my spine chargable. And then after 2 months went back on my bike. And as u said, enjoyed every minute of it. Did a long distance MTB race last sommer and finished rank 300 out of 600 participants with not much training. Everything is still possible!!! The 'no worries'attitude is probably the best. bike on Brett!!! greetings from Switzerland
