Prayers for Angela White in Sonoma, CA (daughter of cyclist Robert White killed 2011)

It is the holiday season and everyone should be happy and with their Family members. This year will be Angela's first holiday season without her Father Robert White who was killed by 21 year old Taylor Boe of Vacaville. I am Angela's Mother and would appreciate a spare moment of prayer for her to help her through the Holiday Season. Taylor Boe did not show up for his court appearance in this issue and currently there is a Bench Warrant for his arrest. Please keep my Daughter in your prayers. Seymour514 in PA

I'm very sorry for your loss. I ride that section of 113 on occasion and it has long clear sightlines and little traffic. I hope they catch this jerk. I will keep you and your daughter in my prayers.

Thanks Scott and John for your thoughts and prayers, they are both greatly appreciated. This guy has a Facebook page and the local authorities have been contacted with his place of employment and the area that he lives in. We re hoping for some closure in the legal aspect. Important information re: Taylor Boe
Firstly, I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to you and your daughter and Robert's friends loss. It is truly tragic, and my prayers are with you all.
Secondly, I would like to correct some discrepancies in Seymour514's post: Taylor Boe has shown up for each and every court appearance. Records from the Superior Court of California, County of Solano support this. No bench warrant is out for his arrest, and the civil suit has already been settled.
According to Taylor Boe's mother, "The misdemeanor criminal case will most likely be negotiated and pled out. There was no new evidence brought to light. The binder of character reference letters was very helpful and impressive. (To lawyer and ADA alike.) I really don’t have the words to express how moved our family is by the heartfelt letters of support and the many prayers."
This man is in no way running from the law and is been fully compliant every step of the way. One man's life has already been lost in the incident, let's not destroy another's through libel and false accusations.
