Hello from VT

Hey, everyone! In the middle of a Vermont winter (even a bad one) I'm glad to have found this website!
I'm a current high school senior who got into cycling about 3 years ago. I wore out the Wal-mart bike my dad bought in about a year. Now I can be found on my bike(s) whenever the weather and my schedule permit. I have an old Lotus inherited from my uncle, and a Trek 7.2 FX. I know it's not that good, but I've made it last so far
I almost exclusively ride road, and typically about 30 miles at a time. Sometimes I'll go on a well-kept trail or a little bit of dirt road (welcome to Vermont!) which is where the Trek comes in handy!
I've also been introduced to the amazing world of bike touring, which really opened my eyes to how awesome bikes can really be. My first (and only, so far) tour was around the Gaspé Peninsula of Québec, about 400 miles in a week.
Thanks for reading, guys!
