Lost 45 pounds and here I am!
Actually, I had another account but the forum register/send me my old stuff is not working very well. So, I'm and old newbie.
Just lost 45 pounds over the last 6 months or so. I've always bicycled some and have gotten back to commuting. I now commute one-way most days. Momma drops me off and I beat her home!!
Currently riding a Schwinn 1/7 beach crusier. I got this from my brother after he passed away last year. Had been riding a MTB, but my son kept destroying his and using mine!!
Hoping to move to a one speed for fun and maybe invest in an internal hub commuter bike later. The Schwinn gets the job done and I feel like Pee Wee Herman with the rams horn handle bars and cushy seat!!

Congrats on the weight loss. I dropped 35 and it makes riding much more fun. Funny how you can drop 35 lbs and not have really thought you were overweight...
