Is this a good deal or not?
 

I am new to the biking world and considering buying a used bike the guy is asking $160 for a Cannondale F-400. It looks to be in great condition except for a small tear on the seat. I'm not exactly sure what year it is but looks to be only a few years old. Please help. I posted some pics to help with any evaluations.

Looks good to me.

Take it for a test ride.

Shift all the gears and test the brakes.
Look for cracks in the frame.

It's probably 10 or more years old. But, save for disc mounts, it was pretty forward facing at the time. For $160, if it fits, I'd jump on it. At least you know the parts are of a serviceable quality.
