hi everyone newbie here in the final week of taking a course called BAM or Bicycle Assembly and Maintenance and I am looking forward to giving advice and receiving it when i need it

right now i'm riding a Raleigh rocky with a Tora front fork, i have to get the frame it's self power coated because of the rust that has the paint chipping off

nope and i can't get it any lower without having to go an buy a new stem. the stem is actually bottomed out on the forks
