Hello BF!

Noob from Norcal, looking for info and to make some new friends! I may not be the fastest or the craziest on the trail, but I'm not a weekend warrior. I try to crush 100 miles + a week (mostly on road). Lookin for ideas on heart monitors and training regimens.
