hi from the uk.
Hi guys
Just signed up and thought I'd better introduce myself. My names Dave( not surprisingly) from Worcestershire in the UK and I'm looking at getting back into cycling at the grand old age of 44. The reason being my 18 month old daughter suffers with cystic fibrosis and id like to do some charity cycling to do my bit for the Cystic fibrosis trust.
I've got a small budget of £200 to start with and have seen a couple of road bikes that fit into that price bracket and wondered if any of you knowledgable guys had any idea of there quality for such cheap bikes.
The bikes in question are the Raleigh pursuit and the Woodworm white lightning.
Cheers Dave.

Hello Dave,
Welcome to Bike Forums.
Yes you can find quality in used bikes.
I was able to get one for $15 on CraigsList 4 years ago.
The real good ones don't stay listed for sale very long.
Post in The Classic and Vintage Forum for help on the two bikes you mentioned.
