Hello there!
 
I literally purchased a bicycle a few weeks ago because I wanted to workout on it and eventually do a triathlon. I've had a few bikes but never a road bike. I am getting a lot better at repairing bikes and figured this is a good place to be to get advice on what parts to purchase. I'm looking forward to this forum's outstanding advice!

The bike I purchased is a 1998 Cannondale R600 with 105 derailleurs upgraded from RX100.
