Hi. I'm Richard
I've just joined Bike Forums. I have a Ridgeback Romany 504 LX which I've had from new...almost 20yrs now. I also have an Ice Trike. I often cycle to work and last year I took part in my first cycling 'event'...'The Exmoor Beast', doing 100km in just under 7 hours.
