Hello from gods country.

Hi all,My name is Joe, I live in spokane WA. I decided a change of life was in order. so I crawled out of a whiskey bottle and onto my old schwinn ten speed.since april I have lost 42 pounds 264 to 222lbs. it is inspiring to read many of the posts here. thank you all

Congrats. I went to Wazzu many moons ago and made a few trips to Spokane. Nice city.
