Trying to get fit through Bicycling
Hello All,
I am from Davao City, Philippines. I am trying to get fit through cycling, for the past few years I have been on and off the bicycle. Hope I can stick to cycling from now on.
Rain is the major reason that is keeping me from regularly cycling.

Howdy and Welcome to Bike Forums.
I know what you mean about rain, 5 days in row, with more tomorrow.

Hello and welcome to Bike Forums! While it's raining you can still condition yourself with indoor working out. That way you won't miss a beat in terms of keeping in shape. What bike do you have?

Yeah, like Siu said, you can pick up a bike trainer to work out indoors. Cycling DVDs (or even setting up the trainer in front of a television) makes it a little more interesting!
