Hello from the middle of the UK
After this forum usually comes up in the top 3 when searching for my chosen cycling related topics, I thought it only right that I join and say hi 
I'm a 40yr old guy from the midlands in the UK and have been into cycling since 7 or 8 years old.
Mainly interested in MTB, although just recently my liking for road riding has been rekindled and is now taking over a little
At 40 I find myself overweight and fighting to lose 3 stone. I will get there and will no doubt post odd and pointless questions on here doing so.

Just done the mornings warm up (cleaning the kitchen lol ), and will be out for a couple of hours on the bike very soon.
