Hello! Here's my beautiful ride!

Hey guys and gals,

I'm new here (obviously or I wouldn't be posting here) and just wanted to say hello and post a pic. I am a daily bike commuter. Not the longest commute, but in a sea of cars in the dark morning hours, it can still be quite exciting! People say I'm crazy for biking to work, I say they're crazy for not.... Ha!

Anyway, here is my ride plus a bonus shot of my son. (Needed someone to hold the bike. It's a Schwinn RS 5.0 secured from Amazon. Carbon forks, carbon rear triangle, Vuelta Corsa Lite wheels, Ultegra rear derailleur, Sora everything else, compact 18 spd, and finally a Dynapack DX commuter bag. Bike tips the scale right at 20 lbs. Love riding it everyday! Thanks for clicking/viewing!

Hey JTrader, welcome to the forums... You know, you could put a kickstand on the bike and then your son wouldn't have to hold up your bike. Kickstands are cool!

That bike's too big for you but it looks like you may grow into it.

(see what I did there?)

Welcome to Bike Forums! And better watch out, in a couple years your son might decide that bike fits him and you won't see it very often!

I do see what you did there, and I found it to be quite humorous.
