New member from Texas.

Hello all,

I'm a new member from the Houston Texas area. I haven't been on a bike in years (other than once around the block every couple of years). As a kid I rode my bikes all over and built many bikes from parts found in people's trash. My favorite was my Stingray. As an adult I bought a brand new 1983 Schwinn Super Le Tour and rode the heck out of it for about a year. Then life got in the way. I have a long road ahead getting back into shape so I'll be heading over to the Clydesdales/Athenas section now.

Hi Steve and welcome to Bike Forums! The Clydes and Athenas section is a good place to start. Lots of great people in there. You also might want to check out the regional section, sometimes people like to meet for rides and you are more than welcome to join!
