New to hybride coming from mntn bike.

New to the forum and seeking advice. I am looking at the Bianchi Canaleonte tre vs the cannonade Quik cx 2. There are a few others but the Bianchi is on the short list.

Any reason I should look at the C'Dales over the Bianchi?

I intend to commute 6 miles each way in the city with some decent hills, three or more days a week and do some light trails on the weekends. All in southern California.

Years ago I used to commute 12 miles each way with major hills on a decent Haro mountain bike....Lots of work. Now I am going to do it for the cardio.

My old bike was heavy and slow by today's standards. Looking forward to a stiffer and quicker ride.

Well I road a few bikes today and I ended up a difrent point.

I road a bad boy, a quik 4, a trek DS 8, a Santa Cruz highboy (29er) a Frisk 29r and a few Treks29ers.

My favorite was the santa cruze and the Superfly Elite AL.

The 29ers just felt better and the super fly was Awsome!

I think it's the one.
