Oregon Trail or Bust!

New Member from Portland Oregon. Have been out of cycling for 20 years and now my second childhood is kicking in! Want to ride CycleOregon and am looking for advice/help on converting my old (but very good condition) Raleigh International 10 speed into a comfortable, plush, triple chainring tourer. (I am old and fat, and the hills around here seem to have gotten steeper and longer in the last twenty years!)

Good for you dude! Cycle Oregon is on my list this year too. If you go to the CO website there is a forum where you can chat with the whole community. You can ask questions and answers will blow you away. If you've never been to the website, just google on Cycle Oregon and it'll get you there. I think that registration information is posted by now too, register early, they fill up pretty fast.
