Winshear, from Kissimmee, Fl

Hello Everyone, I am a Newbie from Kissimmee, Fl not too many hills on the Peninsula. I am a member of the Oscela Fl Y Bike club. I have ridden 4 times approximately 10-17 miles last ride. I almost feinted the first ride but after the fourth I felt a little better. I can't believe the stamina you need to keep up. Some of the riders are tri tested so you Newbies know what I am up against. I need to learn how to build my stamina I spin several times a week. Bike club rides once a week and I am really impressed with the conditioning some of the men and women are in this club. I know I have work to do. So any advice will be appreciated. I am riding a new Allez Specialized, entry level. Let me tell you it takes more than a new bike to compete.(smile) I am glad to be apart of the Forum. Talk to you soon, stay safe!
