Introduction for Megajon93
Hello,
I'm George Rux from St. Paul. I go by the name "Megajon93" since my son, Jon, played High School football as a defensive lineman with the number 93.
I have been biking seriously for over the past 25 years and still compete as an "age grouper" in triathlons.
My best friend got me into biking and he has recently introduced me to Randonneuring which prompted me to join the forum to seek advice. I purchased a vintage steel frame from the 70's and I'm in the process of building it up to use 650b wheels.
Next summer I would like to start training with the brevet series on my new bike- doing a 200k or maybe even trying a 400k - but 600k or higher is out of the question for several years.
Any guidance on any and all bike related topics would always be appreciated.
