Hi! From NM | Getting Bike to South Africa Advice
I have a well loved Trek mountain bike. I am interested in all types of cycling and want to learn more about bikes. For my next bike, I'd like to learn about fold up bikes, but also one that is suitable for touring. Does anyone have suggestions that are affordable?
However, my focus right now is below:
I recently watched a video on disassembling a bike and fitting into a duffle bag to travel by plane. The video does not mention size of bag. Does anyone have advice on this? My 36" duffle does not seem large enough to accommodate the deflated tires.
I would really like to cram my entire bike into a duffle as seen in this video. My Trek is NOT super valuable and I'm planning on taking it one way to live in South Africa.
