Welcome to Bike Forums from a Texas road rider.
That saddle hurts my butt just looking at it.

Just based upon the descriptor of "26 inch", I'm inclined to say it is a low level big box store bike shaped object. Here's the tip off-

Any commercial entity that sells bikes will state the size of the frame in either inches or cm (and there will be a range of XS-XXL w/numerical equivalent) and what size wheels (700c, 26", 29er, 650b). Big Box Stores like Wal-Mart (hat to pick on them, but they are the largest that does this) primarily sell bikes according to wheel size and usually has a OSFM philosophy*.

*OSFM- They would have you believe that means One Size Fits Most, while I ascribe to One Size Fits...Maybe.
