i am new to this forum, so here is a bit of history
first name is kingsley (KING) pretentious i know!
i have an older univega alpina pro, and don't know if i should wait for another page to ask questions or just introduce myself here, and that's it. i live in az and the riding here is awesome! even up to the triple digit temps.
anyhow i am wondering if anyone has done any modifications on the front standard fork, and replaced it with a shock fork.
if so could you give me a heads up on how difficult and if it is possible with this older bike.
nice to been accepted onto forum.

Hi King, welcome to BF. I'm not familiar with the Univega Alpina so I won't pretend to be able to help you, if it is an older bike the Classic and Vintage Forum will be a good place to start out. they are a friendly group and very helpful. You should try the Mountain Bike Forum also, those guys and gals have the fork conversions down to an art for the older bikes. Best of luck and stick around, please.
