When Centuries become easy-groan. Nothing gets easy for me. Sacramento to Oceanside sounds like a great trek. I hope it happens soon for you.

Greetings from Vegas!
I think its disgusting and terrible how people treat Lance Armstrong, especially after winning 7 Tour de France Titles while on drugs!

I can't even find my bike when I'm on drugs. -Willie N.

Hi, welcome to BF, best of luck with your training, however I need to tell you, Century and easy are an oxymoron. Hope the miles are good ones, stop in the Single Speed/Fixed Gear Forum when you have some time.
