New rider from Oregon
 

Greetings!!

I'm a 39 year old new rider in Oregon. I intend to do lots of research on here so I thought I should just introduce myself and say hi.

Just bought this bike used from a local guy who fixes and sells bikes. I'm very happy with it.

The asked him to add the racks because I carry a lunch box. I work 10-12 hr days and so I carry a small cooler for lunch as I typically need more than just one meal. I'll also need to take my work clothes with me and change when I get to work. Luckily my work clothing is pretty basic khakis and polo shirt.

I intend to ride to and from work to help stay in shape and live a little better. :)

I need to get a light, some red blinkers for the rear, a lock, a mirror, a pouch thingy for tools and extra tube, and some reflective tape for my backpack. Otherwise I'm good to go.
