Hello from Seattle

New to the forum. I joined because I have an Ochsner from the mid - '90's that I want to rejuvenate and learn to DIY. I USED to be able to take apart most of my bikes in another life of Tri's in SoCal. Been so long I have pretty much forgotten everything. Now I want to learn how to replace the crank, bottom bracket, cables, shifters, true the wheels, etc. So....away we go...
