I just signed up for the MS 150 in the Delaware Valley Chapter. I figured I might be able to use some info on how to get in shape for the ride (I signed on for the 150 mile ride!-whew!). I have not really done much biking, so I am in for it. Any insight and tips would be greatly appreciated.
