Hi All

Hi all,
I'm a 43yr old Stroke Survivor
I've ridden & built road bikes, Chosen to commute on MTB'S, found the style to suit cycle tracks better, esp puncture prevention. Never had a puncture riding on a commute via cycle tracks. Currently I have a static bike only. No confidence in my balance

Welcome to BF! If you can afford it and if where you live would be hospitable to riding one (two big "if's"), I'd say it definitely sounds like trike time to me! Congrats on making it through the stroke and I hope the consequences aren't too bothersome or long-lasting.
