Hoping to get help on cannon dale warranty

On a recent ride the rear deraillier broke off my cannon dale synapse - as it turned out the carbon fibre that holds the bracket splintered. Cannondale say it was my problem as the bike was prob crashed -anyone else with a problem getting help from cannon dale?

The bike shop should be able to help.
Cannondale bikes are great.

Did you start with your Cannondale Dealer?

15,000 miles on mine, no warranty problems.
