Welcome to BF and back to cycling! And... I have to confess my uncertainty about Bristol being the bike theft capital of the world. My "home town" (ha,ha)---NY City provides some pretty intense competition for that honor. You may be out in front because folks in Bristol still report bike thefts, while those still trapped in my old haunt have given up on even reporting them...
