Hello from Nanaimo BC on Canada's We(s)t Coast
In my late 60's and warming up my lifelong interest in cycling. Rode competitively in BC's Summer Games throughout the '90's, now depend on my bikes for general transportation. Have built a bike similiar to the CCM Light Delivery of yore and do shopping for shut-ins through the local volunteer organization. It keeps me active....and happy!!!!

Welcome cousin (well maybe), my grandfather was born in the Northfield area where is father worked the coal mines. I'm south and west of you several hundred miles and right on the ocean just north of the Columbia River.

Hello Jsels: Interesting!! I live on a side street off Northfield Rd. Maybe we are cousins!! If you are just north of the Columbia, then you must be in or near Vancouver WA. I know WA state very well, having travelled extensively throughout. Thank you for the welcome. Perhaps we will meet some day, Cuz. Do you ever get up to Canada now??
