Hello from Holland

Hi, I am Ton from Holland.
I have a Klein Attitude Race mountain bike for already 14 years, but recently I got back problems. Because of that I bought a Brompton folder a few weeks ago with the H handlebar. With the Brompton it is a bit easier biking because I sit more upright. Moreover I can take the bike in my car. Meanwhile I like the Brompton so much that I am going to try to sell my Klein.
Below are a few pictures of my Brompton, one of them with my parrot that I sometimes take with me in a backpack cage.

Yes, he (or she, I don't know) enjoys it very much.

That's funny, I used to have a Blue Fronted Amazon named Sammy, and we never did figure out if it was male or female. Poor thing, I got into reconditioning old cast iron pans, and the fumes from cleaning them out in the oven were fatal. Thing was, I was concerned about using Teflon around him. Ironic.

Sorry to hear that.
I know about Teflon but not about cast iron. Will pay attention to that because I sometimes use a cast iron skillet for fish frying.
Our parrot's name is Birdie and we have him already 17 years since he was 3 months old. He's like a child for us and I don't want to loose him.

You are probably OK cooking in the skillet. I was cleaning old, gunked up pieces I got cheap by putting them in the oven and running the automatic clean cycle. Oven temp goes up pretty high.
