Newbie Poughkeepsie NY

Hello Everyone. I have completed three Olympic triathlons and just completed the 2014 Iron Man 70.3 San Juan PR. I need to improve on my swim speed and I was wondering if anyone knows of swim trainers or swim groups in Hudson Valley or greater NYC area to join.

Cheers and welcome to BF.

You'll probably find best answers in our Triathlon subforum.

To err is human. To moo is bovine.

Who is this General Failure anyway, and why is he reading my drive?
