Bike Forums - Hello from CA

Just joined up and wanted to say hi.

Been commuting to work since November but after a couple of months on my old rusty single speed it was time to upgrade so I could start going further on the weekends.

Picked up an early 2000's Allez sport and started riding and changing out parts. So far for fit I changed out the handle bars, stem then ditched the really heavy wheels it came with for some newer built up Mavic's and last but not least changed out the cassette for one with a bigger gear to get over some of the steeper hills around here. So far I am really liking it and hope to stick with it.
