Greetings from Maine!
I too have been away from cycling since high school. Will be riding in a 3-day (180-mile) ride for the American Lung Association in June. As you can see from my user name, I have some more training to get done! The snow is almost gone!

Welcome back to cycling. I hope you become as addicted as I am. I am sure you will have plenty of opportunities to cycle around the countryside of Maine.

Welcome, Legswakeup! To this forum, and back to cycling.
I am a commuter only. I go from Westbrook to my office near the Maine Mall. Before I started, I had never heard of Vehicular Cycling, but now I are one! (Don't worry, I'm not rabid!
)
Where are you located?
