Bike Forums - Hello from Melbourne (Australia)

I think I registered here several months ago but I was not active. I am 49, recreational cyclist,
in fact I should say-coming back to cycling. There are 6 bikes in garage, all of them old (except that wifey bought some advanced Fuji MTB 3 years ago...she rode it 5 times).
Most of my bikes are old CR-MO, made in Taiwan (Mongoose) or Japan (Nishiko).
I hope, it is my plan, to ride more and more, mainly touring (not expedition) and some mtb (my Mongoose HillTopper is highly modified and in excellent condition.
I hope to buy brand new Fuji Touring bike but I need 64cm size and, as australian importer is too lazy to help, I will have to do it private import which may take time.
Couple of days ago I bought Nishiki Olympic 12 XXL and I am just working on it and perhaps that bike will be my tourer-sport tourer for some time (unless it proves not good for the job).
I need to find lot, lot of info and tips about how to upgrade and modify my Nishiki and hope to find that info here :-)
I am also adventure motorcyclist.
