Hello from nothern ky
Hi everyone, I thought I would introduce myself. I bought a hybrid about 5 years ago. Just a diamondback edgewood. I mostly did my riding on a stand for years, for exercise. The last year I have been riding on the road also. My knees aren't in great shape, due to BMX racing, and crazy jumps, when I was a kid. Can't run, knees can take it, so the bike it is. Lol no big rides 20-30 miles on the road. I usaully ride on the stand atleast an hour a day. Try to ride on the road once a week.
