Hello from Staffordshire
Hi all. I'm a 46 year old returning cyclist. Started cycling seriously again this year after a long, long lay off. Cycling has changed a lot since 1998, and apparently so have I, but I've managed put in 1,700 miles in the last 10 months.

Welcome. I was off the bike from 1996-2014. Yep, equipment has changed but my old bikes still work the same way.
