looking for a Vintage Schwinn
Hello, I just purchased an 80's Schwinn Spirit, after looking at some threads on this forum I realized that the bike isn't all that great. I still like the bike so I'm going to do some work to it and ride it around my neighborhood. I would like to find a really nice vintage Schwinn road bike that would be worth fixing up. There are so many different ones that I really don't know where to start, I purchased the Spirit thinking I had found a real classic, it's still a nice bike. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Hi gayb. Welcome to Bike Forums. Make your own assessment: Don't listen to the "experts". Do they know what kind of riding you do? If you like your bike, you've found the right one already.
