Fast forward 30 years...

I am back into road biking after a LOT of years, and happy to find this forum. Hope to gain some good info and advice here.

Man, I can totally relate. My riding buddy refers to us as the old guys who got fat and don't go so fast anymore. "The older I get the better I was."
