New to forum, help with vintage peugeot

Hi, I am new here, and new to forums as well. I have a couple of questions regarding a his and hers matching vintage set of peugeot bicycles. From some research I have done with the badges, etc. It looks like the bikes are from 1974-1976. However when I looked at the rims, they are marked with a 72. I realize that when the bikes were put together at the bike shop that older rims could have been put on the bicycles. These were my parents. They barely used them, and they have been sitting in a small room off the garage since I think the time they purchased them. Untouched. The frames are orange, come with rack, headlamp on mens bike.

Have the serial number as well

Any help would be appreciated. Looking mostly for value if possible.

I recommend posting good pictures of each bike , from the chain side of the bike, in our Classic & Vintage Appraisal forum.

Thank you all for your suggestions. Have been very busy and not able to get back on here. I will get better pictures of the bikes and post them as suggested.

I will probably have to list them on craigslist, as I really need to be rid of them and get them out of the way.
